Permatex Thread Sealant with Polytetrafluoroethylene is an economical general-purpose fitting sealant which outperforms tapes and pipe dopes by sealing and resisting pressure in air, oil, diesel fuel and hydraulic systems. With a temperature range -65 degree fahrenheit to 300 degree fahrenheit, it remains pliable at higher and lower temperatures and also resists common shop fluids.
